Nate Stevens sits down with AJ Reisetter to talk about his latest state tournament appearance at Bunker Hills and what it meant to win the tournament as a senior.
Stevens was tied for first after day one with Edina’s Jack Wendt, both shooting a 70 to put themselves one stroke ahead of five other golfers. After day two Rosemount’s Owen Rexing joined them at the top shooting a 69 on day two to tie with Nate and Jack and be named a co-champion. All three shot 140 over the two-day tournament.
Stevens also talks about the big trip he will be taking at the end of July out to Eugene, Oregon to compete in the Junior National Golf Tournament.
Nate also talks about his plans for the future at Notre Dame and what he hopes to accomplish during his first fall away from Northfield.
